Michael Oliver

Michael Oliver is the co-founder of Mindtation LLC, a self-transformational company that helps people live awake with a full heart and clear mind through incorporating the practice of the 5 Touchstones: Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath, Sound and Intuition into one’s life.
Before devoting his life work to Mindtation, Michael has over 25 years of leadership development in the field of human performance and has facilitated training programs and speaking engagements around the world. He has been a student of Yue Chia Kung-fu, a northern Shaolin martial art for over 17 years, focusing his practice on meditation, breathwork and Qigong energization techniques.
Michael and his team continue to dedicate their lives on developing programs and teaching practices that raises human consciousness so that human beings can transform into more conscious beings that become more sensitive to all life.
Michael has a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology, an M.A. in Counseling and a B.S in Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. Michael is a fully licensed professional counselor in the State of Michigan.
Deborah Daiek
VP of Education and Program Development
Deborah earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology with an emphasis on learning theories. She studied martial arts for over twenty years where she was first introduced to the concept of life force energy, breath, and energy manipulation. It led her to earn a certificate in mindfulness training and meditation; she completed Level 1 of Reiki training (Shoden) and is a first degree Reiki practitioner. She will continue her work in Reiki. Additionally, she is a certified and licensed vibrational sound therapist through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA).
After transitioning from serving as an administrator and instructor in higher education, she went on to become a co-founder of Mindtation, a company that focuses on providing techniques to help people live lives with full hearts and clear minds. She teaches courses in meditation, mindfulness and pranayama-breathing techniques. Through Mindtation, she offers private sound bowl therapy sessions, as well as group sound baths.
